Founder and CEO of Fictor, he stood out for leading transformations in companies such as Cartonplast Group, Heineken (Brasil Kirin) and Rexam, where he implemented restructuring, cost optimization and supply management projects in multinational operations, as well as leading the tropicalization of European logistics models in Brazil.

His academic experience includes an MBA from COPPEAD/UFRJ, training as a Board Member from Fundação Dom Cabral and a degree in Business Administration - foundations that reinforce his ability to align technical efficiency with transformative results.

With extensive experience as an entrepreneur and manager in the financial and agricultural markets, Paixão is a Partner and Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Fictor. Having spent more than five years leading Fictor's trading operations, his work at the Group includes a strong focus on agribusiness and investment funds.

His academic and professional career is backed by solid training, including an Academic Master's Degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions from Insper. He also holds various certifications in financial planning and services from ANBIMA, such as CGE (2025), CGA (2024), CFG (2023) and CEA (2021). Ferreira also has a degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdade de Roseira - FARO (2015-2020), combining technical expertise and a strategic vision to drive results in the sector.

Partner and senior executive responsible for Fictor's corporate relations, working on strategic management and strengthening national and international partnerships. With a degree in Psychology from Spain, Rubini has more than 10 years of experience in the European market, where he developed a solid track record in leadership, negotiation and business development.

His training is strongly focused on business management and conducting high-performance projects, aligning a strategic vision and execution capacity to generate an impact and sustainable results.
